Ebrima B. Mbye

I joined MRCG at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Keneba station, under the Nutrition theme in 2011. I worked in the Early Nutrition and Immune Development (ENID) Study; in 2014 I worked with the “Iron in Pregnancy” (HIGH) project.

In 2016 I joined this very amazing team of great people, the BRIGHT project. As the Field Coordinator and the lead tester in brain imaging, using the fNIRS the eye tracking techniques, and behavioural assessment. As the head of the Field Team, I manage and supervise the field workers within the remits of field work. It’s a great experience working in this unique project.

In 2013, obtained a Diploma in Qualitative Research Methodology, in 2018, a level 4 Diploma in Clinical Nutrition both from Stonebridge college. Most recently, in 2023, I successfully completed a professional diploma in Public Health Management from James Lind Institute in Switzerland.
